Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using services provided by Will Sigmon Media Co. ("WSM," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
WSM provides software development, web design, AI consulting, creative media production, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables created for their project. WSM retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Project pricing is fixed and agreed upon before work begins. We do not bill hourly. Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Late payments may result in paused work until the balance is settled.
Limitation of Liability
WSM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. Completed deliverables will be transferred upon settlement of outstanding balances.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
